Cornwall Public Library presents a 2018 'maintenance' budget

The Cornwall Public Library gave its budget presentation to the budget steering committee on Friday, where library CEO Dawn Kiddell argued as technology progresses, the relevance of public libraries is increasing, not decreasing.
