Cornwall police make another arrest in Project Fester

A 28-year-old woman from Cornwall is facing three charges in the latest arrest tied to Project Fester, a multi-agency investigation into the trafficking of illicit substances and firearms in the Cornwall area. The investigation started in September 2024, and included the co-operation of the OPP provincial weapons enforcement unit and other local and regional police services. Six search warrants were conducted in Cornwall, Ottawa, and Akwesasne on Oct. 8, which led to the arrest of 15 people, arr
