Cornwall police lay 20 charges in hate-motivated incident

A 39-year old man from Cornwall is facing 20 charges relating to a hate-motivated incident. Police alleged the man harassed his neighbour and her children because of their heritage, vandalized their motor vehicle, spat on the motor vehicle, and interfered with their use and enjoyment of their property.
