Cornwall police lay 16 charges against man for four incidents

A 36-year-old man from Cornwall is facing 16 charges following various police investigations. Police alleged the man failed to report in-person to his probation officer between Sept. 18-23. Police alleged the man robbed a Second Street East business on Sept. 22, punched the loss-prevention officer in the face, and pepper-sprayed another person.
