Cornwall police charge woman with kidnapping, assault

Cornwall police arrested a 21-year-old Cornwall woman on May 18 for kidnapping and domestic assault causing bodily harm. Police alleged on May 18 the woman, along with two other suspects, kidnapped her ex-boyfriend and assaulted him, causing injuries.
