Cornwall police charge woman with harassing neighbours, damaging their vehicles

A 30-year-old woman from Cornwall is facing three charges after police responded to a complaint on Monday. Police alleged the woman harassed her neighbours and threw rocks at their vehicles. The woman was charged with criminal harassment — threatening conduct; mischief — interfere with any person in the lawful use, enjoyment, or operation of property under $5,000; and, breach of probation for failing to keep the peace. She was held in police custody pending a bail hearing in Cornwall
