Cornwall police charge woman from Lancaster with theft under $5,000

A 29-year-old Lancaster woman is facing multiple charges following an incident on Feb. 7. Police alleged the woman attended a Ninth Street West business, selected merchandise, and left the story without attempting to pay. Police also alleged she was scheduled to appear in court on April 3 and failed to do so.
