Cornwall police charge teens after several people assaulted with bear spray

Two teenagers are each facing 20 charges after police investigated a series of events on Monday morning.Police alleged the teens sprayed someone they know in the eyes with bear spray, then fled that scene and proceeded to spray four other people in separate incidents at other locations throughout Cornwall.
