Cornwall police charge teen with attempting to burn things in park

A 15-year-old boy is facing two charges after police investigated complaints about behaviour at a Cornwall park.Police alleged the teen was in possession of incendiary material, and using it on July 30 to attempt to light a fire. The teen was taken into custody at police headquarters on Tuesday.The teen, whose identity cannot be released under the Youth Criminal Justice Act, was charged with mischief — obstructs, interrupts, or interferes with the lawful use, enjoyment, or operation of pr
