Cornwall police charge teen, man, after park disturbance

Two people are facing charges after police responded to a public-disturbance call at a Cornwall park on Wednesday.Police alleged a 15-year-old boy threatened another person while holding an edged weapon. When the teen was located, officers alleged he caused a disturbance and resisted arrest. Police also alleged that while investigating the incident with the teen, a 21-year-old man was in breach of his court conditions, and wilfully obstructed an officer from engaging in the execution of his dut
