Cornwall police charge man with threatening, harassing woman

A 53-year-old man from Cornwall is facing three charges after police responded to a complaint about his behaviour on Monday.Police alleged the man repeatedly followed and communicated with his ex-spouse on Sunday, causing her to fear for her safety; and, that he threatened to harm the woman.
