Cornwall police charge man with taking vehicle, impaired, breach

A 20-year-old man from Cornwall is facing four charges following a police investigation. Police alleged the man took possession of a vehicle belonging to someone he knows without consent on March 26, and then was involved in a motor-vehicle collision that injured him and saw him go to the hospital for treatment. Police later alleged the man was operating the vehicle at the time of the collision while under the influence of alcohol. He was taken into custody at police headquarters on Tuesday. The
