Cornwall police charge man with obstruction, breach

A 24-year-old man from Alexandria is facing two charges after a police traffic stop on Dec. 2. Police alleged the man provided a false name and date of birth during the traffic stop, before fleeing the vehicle. During the ensuing investigation police alleged the man had breached a release order requiring him to abide by a curfew. He was located and taken into custody on Monday. The man was charged with obstruct peace officer, and breach of a release order for not being in his residence between s
