Cornwall police charge man with child-pornography offences

An 18-year-old man is facing three charges following an investigation by Cornwall police’s sexual assault and child abuse unit. Police said the unit began its investigation in February and alleged the man had access to child pornography, was in possession of child pornography, and distributed child pornography.
