Cornwall police charge man with assaults, harassment, breaches

A 27-year-old man from Cornwall is facing 10 charges following a police investigation after responding to several intimate-partner violence complaints. Police alleged the man punched and choked his girlfriend on July 26; through the investigation officers alleged the man had choked the woman on June 7, assaulted her with an object on July 18, and slapped her on July 21.
