Cornwall police charge man for robbery, possession of weapon for dangerous purpose

This article has been updated to amend its byline.A Cornwall man was arrested on Aug. 12 and charged with robbery and possession of a weapon for dangerous purpose. Police alleged on Aug. 9 Raymond Parton, 39, of Cornwall, attended a Marlborough St. business, brandished an edged weapon, and robbed the store. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On Aug. 12 the man was located by police. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly, and released to appear in court on Sept. 19. Dang
