Cornwall, ON – A 40-year-old Akwesasne man was arrested on October 20th, 2017 and charged with breach of recognizance and probation for communicating with a certain person. He was also charged with breach of probation for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged the man was in the company of the person he has conditions not to associate with when he was stopped at the Port of Entry. Police were contacted and took the man into custody.
