Cornwall, ON – A 17-year-old Cornwall youth was arrested on December 7th, 2017 and charged with threats, forcible confinement and breach of probation for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged during a disagreement on December 7th, 2017 the youth threatened to harm someone known to him and prevented her from leaving the area. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued.
