Cornwall, ON – A 26-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on December 18th, 2017 on the strength of a warrant and charged with breach of probation for communicating with a certain person and failing to keep the peace. It is alleged during a traffic stop on December 18th, 2017 the man was found to be in the company of the person he has conditions not to associate with.
