Cornwall, ON – Richard Zeran, 48 of Cornwall was arrested on January 12th, 2018 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged while driving a dirt bike on September 10th, 2017 the man who is disqualified from driving failed to stop for police and drove in a dangerous manner in the area of Prince Arthur Street.
