Cornwall legal clinic: Change at the top

Etienne Saint-Aubain, who has been executive director of the legal clinic in Cornwall for the past 30 years, is stepping down from his position effective Friday. The board of directors for the not-for-profit have selected current deputy director, Bernadette Clement, to take over the role.
