Cornwall Innovation Centre comes to council with its cap in hand

Although it loathed saying so on Monday, the Cornwall Innovation Centre (CIC) is looking to receive regular funding from the City of Cornwall to support its economic development work, as well as its efforts to bring a university to the community.
