Cornwall council green-lights roundabout to replace Brookdale Avenue traffic circle

The end of the Cornwall traffic circle came closer Monday, as Cornwall city council approved recommendations for the future reconstruction of Brookdale Avenue from Seventh to Fourteenth streets.
