Cornwall Coun. Andre Rivette slams removal of Emerald Ash Borer-infected trees on Nick Kaneb Drive

Coun. Andre Rivette gave the city’s parks and recreation department a tongue lashing Tuesday over its decision to remove trees in July from a woodlot that serves as a buffer between Nick Kaneb Drive and homes located on Kenyon Crescent.
