Cornwall, ON – A 53-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on April 30th, 2018 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged during March and April, 2018, the man threatened his ex-girlfriend, assaulted her, and prevented her from leaving the residence. Police were contacted and a warrant was obtained for his arrest. On April 30th, 2018 the man was located by police, taken into custody and held for a bail hearing. His name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.Th
