Cornwall city council unanimously supports a 6.25% increase in water and sewer rates

The fifth time was the charm when itcame to passing Cornwall’s water andwastewater budget for 2018. Afterthree deadlocked votes a week prior,the city council met again on Mondayto find a consensus that would allowthem to pass the first in a long listof departmental budgets.
