Cornwall city council set to hear from federal government on surplus waterfront lands

Cornwall’s waterfront committee is coursing forward, towards the first new waterfront plan in 11 years, and looking forward to a much-anticipated presentation to city council from Transport Canada’s Rachel Parkin next month.
