Cornwall and Area Pop Event sees decade of fantastical fun

One would not think of romance as an integral part of pop culture, but it fuels the organizers of Cornwall and Area Pop Event (CAPE). “We’ve created a love letter to the community,” reflected Randy Sauve, CAPE co-organizer, on Sunday afternoon.
