Compromise reached over sewer extension that pleases Brookdale Avenue landowners

After some long-time property owners revolted at the prospect of being charged hundreds-of-thousands of dollars for a sewer service expansion they didn’t feel they needed, the city came up with a compromise which has apparently satisfied all sides of the issue.
