Chuck Charlebois Recreational Trail groundbreaking

Dozens of wellwishers — including most of city council, city administrators, business people and many more — crowded into the Stomping Grounds coffee shop on Wednesday morning to mark the official groundbreaking of the Chuck Charlebois Recreational Trail.
