Cornwall, ON – Symphony Pierce, 24, of Cornwall was arrested on March 29th, 2018 and charged with theft under and breach of undertaking for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged on March 24th, 2018 the woman attended a Second Street East store and removed property making no attempt to pay for the items as she left the store.
