Breaking Barriers: A Journey to Employment event held at Dev Centre in Cornwall

According to keynote speaker Sam Demma, young people who are entering the labour market may be carrying around a giant invisible backpack, and sometimes they may need help when it comes to unloading the heavier items that are weighing them down.
