Lagoon Beach vehicle access open from either side on Ocean Boulevard: no through road

Vehicles can now access the Lagoon Beach in Colwood from the Fort Rodd Hill side as well as the Lagoon Road side. A small portion of the road remains closed about midway.
Please continue to maintain physical distance from others.
