Applegate Trail: connecting Wishart Road to the growing trail network in Royal Bay

Applegate Trail runs behind Dressler Road from Wishart Road to the Painter Trail, as shown on the map below.
As part of the Royal Bay development, GableCraft Homes will be upgrading this trail connection. Work is expected to begin on July 5 and be complete by September 1, 2021.
Applegate Trail provides a link from Wishart Road to the Painter Trail which connects to Royal Bay Secondary School as well as to the North Ridge Trail that winds its way up to Metchosin Road.
