Hope RCMP seek driver in hit and run

HOPE – Hope RCMP are looking to locate the driver of a pickup truck who hit a cyclist over the Canada Day long weekend and later fled the scene.
Three local youths were riding their bicycles at approximately 5 p.m. near the intersection of 6th Avenue and Kawkawa Lake Road on Saturday, July 2 when one of the youths was struck by a vehicle described as an older model green pickup truck. The vehicle had a different coloured tailgate. The injured youth was taken to hospital with minor injuries
