Highway 1 closed westbound in Abbotsford by truck crash

ABBOTSFORD — Abbotsford police say a large transport truck has collided with an overpass in Abbotsford, closing the westbound land of Highway #1 at the Number 3 Road exit.The crash occurred around 6 a.m., just as the rush hour was beginning.
A large fire ensued as the truck and its load came to a stop.
The Number 3 Road overpass has been closed in each direction while emergency crews tend to the scene. The overpass will not be opened until it can be inspected and its integrity can be confi
