Guentzel leads Hurricanes over Maple Leafs 5-4 in a shootout

TORONTO — Jake Guentzel scored the only goal of the shootout to go along with two assists as the Carolina Hurricanes came back from a 4-2 deficit late in regulation to down the Toronto Maple Leafs 5-4 on Saturday.
Sebastian Aho, with two goals and an assist, Jordan Martinook and Seth Jarvis scored in regulation for Carolina (41-20-6). Pyotr Kochetkov stopped 36 shots.
