FRASER VALLEY — Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a 44-year-old Fraser Valley woman who went missing earlier this week.According to a statement from Surrey Police Service Staff Sgt. Lindsey Houghton, Jinghua Xu was last seen at approximately 1:50 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 23, in the 2500 block of 161A Street in Surrey.
