Air Quality Advisory issued for the Fraser Valley

VANCOUVER — An Air Quality Advisory has been issued by the Metro Vancouver Regional District. In a news release Monday, it says the move is being taken because of high concentrations of ground-level ozone. Conditions are not expected to change until cooler temperatures arrive.
In addition, the Davis Lake wildfire near Mission is producing smoke that is contributing to the problem, especially through parts of the Fraser Valley.
