ABBOTSFORD — There’s been no shortage of impaired drivers in Abbotsford as AbbyPD’s Traffic Enforcement Unit removed 13 drivers in a single overnight shift on Saturday, April 12.“The increasing number of impaired drivers remains a significant concern for us.
