School board seeks applications for special education committee

The Lambton Kent District school board is inviting local associations, organizations and individuals to apply for membership on its Special Education Advisory Committee.Positions will be for the four-year term beginning in November.The committee, which is appointed by the board, plays an important role in supporting exceptional students and helping ensure they have access to effective special education programs and services, the board stated in a release.Members advise the board on matters rela
