Public gets closer look at PUC's plan for big governance changes

Chatham-Kent Public Utilities Commission presented its plan for big changes to its governance structure to residents Wednesday. A report from consulting firm KPMG last month recommended dissolving the PUC, creating a water and wastewater services department, and other measures to improve efficiency and decision-making.
