Chatham arson case adjourned to Oct. 27

The case of a Chatham man accused arson has been adjourned again as the defence and the Crown await an Ontario Fire Marshal’s report. David Anderson, 73, is charged with arson – disregard for human life in connection to a January fire at 99 McNaughton Ave. W. in Chatham that displaced some residents of nearby units. Anderson’s lawyer, Anthony Andreopolos, told a Chatham court Wednesday he was still waiting to review the fire marshal’s report and requested the adjournment
