WestJet facing federal inquiry after Edmonton couple bumped from flight

An Edmonton woman says WestJet is refusing to compensate her under new passenger rights regulations after she was bumped from her flight last month. The Canadian Transportation Agency has begun an inquiry into the case and WestJet policies.
