U.S. lawmakers hearing from ambassador who penned 'crazy' text on Ukraine policy

Members of Congress will hear directly Tuesday from Bill Taylor, the former U.S. army officer who was tapped to be ambassador to Ukraine after the now-controversial dismissal of his predecessor, Marie Yovanovitch.
