U.S. expert panel endorses Moderna COVID-19 vaccine, paving way for emergency use approval

An expert panel in the U.S. has endorsed Moderna's COVID-19 vaccin, paving the way for its emergency use approval. The first doses are expected to be earmarked for health-care workers who treat COVID-19 patients, as well as staff and vulnerable residents of nursing homes.
