Uniquely situated, Point Roberts, Wash., pushes to be test case as Canada mulls reopening border

As Ottawa considers ways to safely reopen the border with the U.S., Point Roberts in Washington state just south of Vancouver B.C., says it is perfectly situated to be part of any test pilot project.
