The carbon tax is probably here to stay. Can Conservatives adapt?

If the 2019 federal election accomplished anything, it might be this: the carbon tax is no longer the third rail in federal policy. In fact, the Conservatives' loud rejection of carbon pricing probably didn't do them any favours.
