Talks between B.C. port employers-workers stall, possible lockout of thousands tomorrow

B.C. port workers could be locked out as early as 8 a.m. PT Thursday after contract talks stall. The B.C. Maritime Employers Association says the province's ports contribute billions of dollars daily to Canada's economy.
