Still unvaccinated, Maxime Bernier insists PPC doesn't need a pandemic to grow

The People's Party of Canada received five per cent of the popular vote in the recent federal election. Its leader, Maxime Bernier, insists his party can continue to grow without resentment of pandemic public health restrictions to drive it.
